Job Summary

A company is looking for a macOS Support Engineer (Tier 2-Level, Client-Facing).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support in cross-platform environments, primarily macOS
  • Deploy workstations and mobile devices using MDM/RMM tools and custom scripts
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems escalated from the Help Desk team
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of full-time IT experience
  • 1-2 years experience managing Macs with MDM platforms
  • Solid understanding of Apple Business Manager and Automated Deployment Workflows
  • Experience with application deployments and patch management
  • Proven ability to set customer expectations and a commitment to a client-first mentality
