Job Summary

A company is looking for a Macroeconomist to monitor, analyze, and forecast economic trends to inform business strategy and policy recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, inflation, and labor markets
• Contribute to daily streaming videos with large groups of clients
• Develop and maintain macroeconomic forecasting models and produce economic outlook reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Economics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in macroeconomic research
• Strong quantitative and econometric modeling skills
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or Stata
• Deep understanding of monetary policy, fiscal policy, and global economic systems
