Job Summary
A company is looking for a PATH Peer Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outreach peer support services and resource information to homeless individuals
- Engage and educate PATH members while assisting PATH Case Managers
- Attend program staff meetings, supervision meetings, and required training sessions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Intentional Peer Support Specialist Certification or provisional certification within 12 months of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant lifelong learning preferred
- Must have personal experience with mental illness or co-occurring substance use disorder and be in active recovery
- Ability to navigate community resources and advocate for self and others
- Computer proficiency, including basic skills in Microsoft Office and email
