Job Summary

A company is looking for a PATH Peer Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outreach peer support services and resource information to homeless individuals
  • Engage and educate PATH members while assisting PATH Case Managers
  • Attend program staff meetings, supervision meetings, and required training sessions


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Intentional Peer Support Specialist Certification or provisional certification within 12 months of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant lifelong learning preferred
  • Must have personal experience with mental illness or co-occurring substance use disorder and be in active recovery
  • Ability to navigate community resources and advocate for self and others
  • Computer proficiency, including basic skills in Microsoft Office and email
