Maine Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting end users across Maine, the full-time Desktop & Windows Support Specialists will provide desktop computer support, troubleshoot issues remotely, and manage software updates while working in a hybrid schedule that requires in-office presence one day per week in Augusta.

Key responsibilities

• Providing desktop support through remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Installing application updates and resolving operating system update failures
• Documenting all work for quality standards and future reference

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent desktop support experience
• Experience with IBM mainframe and standard hardware/software troubleshooting
• Degree in a related field preferred
