Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Maine Crisis Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Maine Crisis Line, ensuring high-quality crisis intervention
  • Supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, offering complex clinical consultation and risk assessment
  • Support workforce development through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field, required
  • LCSW or LCPC required or eligible within established timelines
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in crisis or behavioral health settings
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with crisis line technology and ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues preferred
