Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Maine Crisis Line.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Maine Crisis Line, ensuring high-quality crisis intervention
- Supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, offering complex clinical consultation and risk assessment
- Support workforce development through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field, required
- LCSW or LCPC required or eligible within established timelines
- 3+ years of clinical experience in crisis or behavioral health settings
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with crisis line technology and ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues preferred
