Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Behavioral Health Referral Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients and referring partners in connecting to appropriate care
• Review eligibility criteria, verify insurance, and schedule initial assessment appointments
• Assist patients in self-referring for services and connect them to community partners when necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, or a related field, or a MHRT/C with three years of mental health service experience
• One year of experience in the relevant areas of specialization is required
• Prior experience with referral management is preferred
• Excellent computer skills are preferred
