Maine Licensed Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Maine Licensed Civil Engineer, the full-time Civil Engineering Project Manager will plan and design municipal projects, manage project budgets and schedules, and build client relationships, with the opportunity to work remotely from Maine or New Hampshire.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and design a variety of municipal projects while managing multiple project budgets and schedules
- Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals and agreements, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Market capital project opportunities to current and future municipal clients to expand the project pipeline
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE Certification
- 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements
- Experience with design and plan production in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BlueBeam is preferred
