Maine Licensed Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Maine Licensed Civil Engineer, the full-time Civil Engineering Project Manager will plan and design municipal projects, manage project budgets and schedules, and engage with clients to build a project pipeline, with the option for remote work within Maine or New Hampshire.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and design a variety of municipal projects while managing multiple project budgets and schedules
- Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals and agreements for complete projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal standards
- Conduct peer reviews and present at design team, client, and regulatory meetings to facilitate project approvals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE Certification
- 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements
- Experience with design and plan production in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BlueBeam is preferred
