Maine Licensed Client Service Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the fully remote Maine Licensed Client Service Manager will provide personalized service to clients regarding their insurance needs, maintain accurate client data, and collaborate with team members to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries about policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure a high level of service
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to enhance service quality
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and quality
• Practical experience in client-facing customer service (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
