Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Assessor (LCPC or LCSW) to join their team remotely within the state of Maine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals and treatment teams to determine eligibility for Medicaid-funded personal care services
• Evaluate level-of-care criteria and maintain high standards of privacy and dignity for individuals receiving assessments
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and adhere to corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW or LCPC license for the state of Maine
• Residency in the state of Maine
• Graduate from an accredited Master's Degree Program
• Minimum of two years' experience in behavioral/mental healthcare
• Minimum of one year of assessment experience
