Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Lead (Physician, MD/DO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to clinicians, ensuring high-quality clinical care and a positive work environment
• Support clinic operations through hiring, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive team culture that values individual contributions and fosters collaboration

Required Qualifications and Education

• Board certification in Endocrinology or certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, or extensive clinical experience in obesity medicine
• Active and unrestricted Medical State License in Maine, NH, VT, RI, or CT
• Preferred 5 years as an attending physician in a primary specialty or endocrinology
• Preferred one year of experience supervising advanced practice providers in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities and adherence to evidence-based treatments
