Maine Licensed Clinical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager for Children's Behavioral Health Home and Wraparound Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Care Coordinators and Case Managers, providing clinical oversight of service delivery
• Partner with the Program Director to manage all facets of the program, focusing on recovery-oriented integrated health services
• Foster communication and relationships with key partners and governing entities to ensure program integrity and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Level Education with LCSW, LMSW-CC, or LCPC required
• At least 2 years of case management experience preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory and program management experience preferred
• Experience with integrated healthcare for children preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic data collection and reporting required
