Maine Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (Remote - Must Reside in the State of Maine).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of clinical review case types in line with contractual requirements
• Monitor daily workload volumes and adjust staffing assignments to meet operational demands
• Lead quality monitoring initiatives and maintain knowledge of clinical review processes and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Maine
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience and 2+ years in utilization review or clinical review
• 2+ years of experience in medical record documentation and supervising clinical operations
• Experience managing workloads and supporting operational efficiency in a clinical review environment
• Proven ability to mentor teams and conduct performance evaluations
