Maine Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Maine Licensed Clinical Supervisor who will provide real-time clinical support to Crisis Support Specialists, facilitate professional development, and offer consultation to ensure high-quality crisis intervention services across Maine.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide real-time clinical support during incoming calls, texts, and chats
• Facilitate regular clinical supervision and coaching to enhance staff skills and adherence to best practices
• Assist in assessing client needs and ensuring appropriate crisis intervention referrals

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in social work or a related field required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor preferred; minimum of Clinical Conditional required
• MHRT-CSP certification or ability to achieve within 30 days of employment required
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the field of Social Work preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, required
