Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Corporate Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate finance operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop departmental policies and procedures to facilitate continuous quality improvement
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
- Solid experience in corporate accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to various stakeholders
- Experience supporting annual audits and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
