Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Corporate Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee corporate finance operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop departmental policies and procedures to facilitate continuous quality improvement
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
  • Solid experience in corporate accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to various stakeholders
  • Experience supporting annual audits and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
