Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Maine Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, advocate for patients regarding complaints or billing issues, and actively participate in team meetings while working remotely within Maine.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution to customer inquiries and advocate for patients on billing issues
- Participate in team huddles to share knowledge and recommend process improvements
- Resolve outstanding patient balances and ensure compliance with departmental policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or related fields
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to train onsite for the first 12 weeks
