Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare system, the full-time Maine Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, advocate for patients regarding billing issues, and resolve accounts while working remotely with occasional onsite training in Brewer, ME.

Key responsibilities
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share knowledge and recommend process improvements
  • Provide first call resolution to customer inquiries and advocate for patients on billing complaints
  • Research and resolve outstanding patient balances in accordance with departmental policies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or related fields
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
