Job Summary

Joining a dedicated team, the full-time Maine Licensed Customer Service Representative will work remotely to resolve member inquiries, document customer concerns, and ensure accurate processing of transportation requests while supporting positive health outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring timely and accurate information processing
  • Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
  • Educate members on services and insurance coverage while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ per day
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under general supervision
