Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Eligibility Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process MaineCare case updates and perform accurate data entry in eligibility systems
• Conduct outreach to clients and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and case status
• Support additional MaineCare eligibility and administrative tasks for compliance readiness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within eligibility or compliance-based programs
• Ability to make independent decisions within established procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience navigating multiple systems in a remote environment
• Equivalent experience in a related field
