Maine Licensed EMR Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and implementation of Electronic Medical Record Modernization, the full-time Maine Licensed EMR Specialist will provide hands-on technical assistance with EHR projects and coordinate with healthcare partners, all while working remotely with some in-state travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of EHR and telehealth initiatives aligned with program goals
• Coordinate with healthcare partners, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and scale-up
• Track implementation progress, challenges, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations or health technology implementation
• Demonstrated experience planning and implementing EHR initiatives within healthcare delivery systems
• Hands-on experience with telehealth platforms or digital patient engagement tools
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows and EHR system integration
