Job Summary

Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Maine Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive referrals and business development
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients through the entire loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a high level of service

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Valid Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
