Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Insurance Sales Consultant to drive local sales growth and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer comprehensive protection products
• Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must hold at least one active insurance license: Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health
• Expected to obtain any additional required licenses before the start date
• Passionate about community connection and solution-based selling
• Experience in delivering world-class customer experiences
• Eligible new hires may receive licensing fee reimbursements for required licenses
