Job Summary

Leading IT service delivery for MPP Northern Light Health, the full-time Senior IT Healthcare Business Systems Analyst will design and implement processes, manage data integration, and ensure system availability to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes in Bangor, Maine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of IT service delivery processes aligned with healthcare standards
• Serve as the liaison between technology service teams and key healthcare stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Oversee incident management and drive data integration initiatives to maintain system cohesiveness and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7 years of experience in business systems analysis or IT service delivery management
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare IT environment managing large-scale projects
• 3 years of experience with healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Health Information Systems (HIS)
• 3 years of experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and industry best practices for data security
