Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Patient Access staff and ensure performance and productivity expectations are met
• Prepare and distribute departmental documents, and address employee questions and needs
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and maintain a safe environment for staff and patients

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of related experience within Patient Access functionality
• Working knowledge of computer skills for data entry and correspondence
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and within commuting distance to the office
