Job Summary
To support a flexible and therapy-focused practice, the fully remote Maine Licensed Mental Health Counselor will manage client sessions, set their own hours, and provide therapy without the need for marketing or billing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining a flexible caseload
- Collaborate with clients in a therapy-focused model, ensuring no claims or billing work is required
Required qualifications
- Active Maine state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Experience in providing therapy-focused services in a virtual setting
