Job Summary

Leading a statewide initiative for quality management, the full-time Maine Licensed Nurse Manager will oversee a team of human services professionals, ensure effective incident management, and provide clinical leadership while working remotely with occasional travel throughout Maine.

Key responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals
• Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review, and complaint resolution activities
• Providing clinical leadership and consulting on complex cases

Required qualifications

• Licensure in Maine as a Registered Nurse
• Residency in the State of Maine
• 5 or more years of nursing leadership experience
• Experience in quality management and performance improvement
• Knowledge of Medicaid Home and Community Based Services and person-centered care
