Job Summary

A company is looking for a PrEP Navigator to support statewide HIV prevention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support PrEP/PEP navigation services for clients statewide
  • Conduct outreach, education, and awareness activities to increase PrEP utilization
  • Provide HIV counseling, testing, and referrals to treatment and support services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in community health, public health programs, or health education
  • Knowledge of HIV, STDs, viral hepatitis, and harm reduction strategies
  • Experience with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation
  • Familiarity with public health policies (federal/state/local)
