Maine Licensed Prior Authorization Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Pharmacist to work remotely in Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Prior Authorization cases and make coverage determinations based on clinical criteria
• Maintain productivity and quality targets while complying with regulatory guidelines
• Consult with pharmacy technicians and providers for clinical information as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in Maine
• Solid drug product and clinical pharmacy knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
