Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Project Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Grant Finance Manager to implement project infrastructure and financial systems
• Manage project finances including startup, close-out, cost management, and financial reporting
• Analyze project costs and provide financial decision support while ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200
• Experience with cradle-to-grave project finances, including financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
