Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager - Country Office and Project Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project finance operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and donor regulations
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and donor invoices, while monitoring project budgets and variances
  • Support audit activities and collaborate with staff to train them on finance and accounting procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Expert knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200
  • Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to various stakeholders
