Maine Licensed QA Tester
Job Summary
To support enhancements and maintenance of the Maine Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) systems, the remote QA Tester will perform functional testing, develop test plans, and collaborate with functional and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing to support enhancements and maintenance of Maine E&E systems
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scenarios for Java and Salesforce applications
- Identify, document, and triage application issues and defects while collaborating with teams to ensure quality delivery
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems
- Experience in functional testing and testing enterprise applications
- Experience designing test plans and creating test data
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
