Job Summary

Experienced nursing leaders will find a full-time remote Quality Manager position responsible for overseeing incident management, grievance review, and complaint resolution activities while leading a team of Quality Reviewers and ensuring high-quality standards for Home and Community-Based Services in Maine.

Key responsibilities
  • Hiring, training, and supervising a team of remote Quality Reviewers
  • Providing clinical leadership and consulting on complex cases
  • Conducting data analysis and ensuring contract deliverables are met
Required qualifications
  • Current Maine Registered Nurse license
  • At least five years of nursing leadership experience
  • Knowledge of critical incident management and quality management
  • Experience with Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services
  • Understanding of person-centered care for older adults and individuals with disabilities
