Job Summary
Experienced nursing leaders will find a full-time remote Quality Manager position responsible for overseeing incident management, grievance review, and complaint resolution activities while leading a team of Quality Reviewers and ensuring high-quality standards for Home and Community-Based Services in Maine.
Key responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and supervising a team of remote Quality Reviewers
- Providing clinical leadership and consulting on complex cases
- Conducting data analysis and ensuring contract deliverables are met
Required qualifications
- Current Maine Registered Nurse license
- At least five years of nursing leadership experience
- Knowledge of critical incident management and quality management
- Experience with Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services
- Understanding of person-centered care for older adults and individuals with disabilities
