Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Remote/Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with internal and external providers to maintain continuity of patient services
• Perform independent patient assessments and triage to determine care needs
• Provide patient education and support for chronic disease management and wellness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including independent decision-making roles
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in Maine
• BLS and ACLS certifications required for specific nursing roles
