Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Centralized Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages telephone calls and evaluates patient symptoms and medical history
• Provides remote patient care and supports pre-visit planning and care coordination
• Ensures timely response to patient inquiries and maintains accurate records in the EMR

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in nursing preferred
• Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse licensure; BLS required
• 3+ years' experience in a clinical environment, preferably in a primary care setting
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and quality measures
• Understanding of EHR documentation and quality reporting preferred
