Job Summary

Providing flexible, system-wide support, the full-time Maine Licensed Registered Nurse will manage clinical triage, inbox management, and care coordination remotely after completing onsite training in Portland.

Key responsibilities

• Triages telephone calls and evaluates patient symptoms according to established protocols
• Provides remote patient care and ensures timely communication with patients and providers
• Coordinates care and services between providers to meet patient needs and preferences

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse licensure
• BLS certification required
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment, preferably in primary care
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and quality measures to improve patient outcomes
