Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor - LCSW or LCPC - Maine Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care throughout outcome-based, short-term treatment programs
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and document session notes
• Participate as a member of the care team and assist participants with accessing resources

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Maine (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for at least 10 hours per week
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program
