Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, launch, and execution of a statewide EHR modernization initiative for rural healthcare providers
• Develop program goals, timelines, performance measures, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with State priorities
• Provide program-level guidance and oversight for EHR selection, implementation, and integration activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, information technology, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience managing complex healthcare or digital health initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with EHR implementation and integration with clinical workflows
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations across multiple care settings
• Experience working with rural or resource-constrained healthcare organizations
