Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Provider (MD/DO) - PT.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality direct care and medication management for members
Coordinate with community providers and maintain patient records in compliance with regulations
Support onboarding of new providers and participate in quality improvement projects

Required Qualifications

Active, unencumbered medical license (MD/DO) in Maine
Active DEA registration and willingness to obtain additional licenses
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine
Experience in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine
