Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Maine Licensed Staff Provider (APRN/NP/PA) will deliver direct member care, manage a team of providers, and oversee administrative responsibilities, utilizing telemedicine to enhance patient engagement and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct care to members, including group and individual sessions, while managing medication and care plans
- Oversee and support a team of contract and staff providers, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and quality of care
- Conduct training, onboarding, and performance reviews for medical providers, while participating in change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered medical license (APRN/PA) in the relevant state
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing opioid use disorder with buprenorphine and completion of the SAMSHA training
- At least 2 years experience in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
- Evening availability for 2 evenings per week is preferred
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telehealth sessions
