Maine Licensed Technical Advisor

Job Summary

The full-time Maine Licensed Technical Advisor will provide expert training and technical assistance for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization initiatives across rural healthcare settings in Maine, focusing on implementation, optimization, and user engagement while working remotely with some in-state travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to EHR modernization and digital health adoption for healthcare staff
• Provide individualized technical assistance to healthcare organizations during all phases of EMR implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate successful EHR improvements and address barriers to digital health adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or health information technology support
• Experience working in rural or mixed urban-rural healthcare settings is desirable
• Strong commitment to improving healthcare access and quality through digital innovation
• Ability to navigate evolving healthcare environments and technology trends
