Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support- Informatics Software Specialist Level 1 (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical support for IAMQC and MSDRx software applications via telephone, email, and online meetings
  • Document customer issues and resolutions in Salesforce, and escalate cases to Level 2 as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inquiries and improve processes for timely responses
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to life sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years customer support experience
  • Proficiency in software applications and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
