Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support- Informatics Software Specialist Level 1 (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for IAMQC and MSDRx software applications via telephone, email, and online meetings
- Document customer issues and resolutions in Salesforce, and escalate cases to Level 2 as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inquiries and improve processes for timely responses
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and French
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to life sciences
- Minimum of 2 years customer support experience
- Proficiency in software applications and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
