Maine Licensed Telehealth Neurologist

Job Summary

To provide virtual neurology care focused on memory disorders and dementia-related conditions, the full-time Maine Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct patient visits, evaluate and manage neurological conditions, and collaborate with care teams, all while working remotely from Maine.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans

Required qualifications

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in Maine
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
• Experience providing antiamyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications
• Prior telehealth experience is required
• Ability to work independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
