Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and assist patients with standardized care and benefits navigation
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and refer patients accordingly
• Educate patients on recommendations and route them to additional resources as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Registered Nurse, licensed in a compact state with eligibility for RN licensure in all 50 states
• 2+ years of experience in a triage setting or relevant experience in emergency room or ambulatory care
• Ability to work in PST Timezone
• Experience in advanced clinical decision making with various medical conditions
