Job Summary

Independently licensed therapists will find a full-time remote opportunity to provide outpatient therapy, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while benefiting from predictable compensation and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clear expectations for documentation
• Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while receiving operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
