Job Summary

To improve healthcare access and quality, the part-time Maine Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, working closely with provider and support teams while managing a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for a diverse patient population
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions, developing and documenting treatment plans
  • Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions, providing patient education and counseling
Required qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license and maintained Registered Nurse licensure in accordance with state requirements
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  • Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  • Active multi-state licensure, with five or more active state licenses preferred
