Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct thorough investigations into workplace and policy violations
• Develop investigation plans, interview parties, assess evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure fair resolution of employee issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in foundational investigations
• 5+ years of experience as an employment or workplace investigator
• 5+ years of experience managing sensitive employee relations issues
• Good foundational knowledge of employment law and workplace investigation practices
