Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wraparound Team Leader to oversee family-centered care coordination for youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision of case managers
• Assist the director in ensuring compliance with state and agency standards, including overseeing client files and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on staff development and training initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required; Master's preferred
• At least two years of experience as a case manager required
• At least two years of experience working with families and children within the mental health system required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively required
• Must have a good driving record and be able to meet physical requirements associated with family visitation
