Maine PE Civil Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Municipal team, the full-time salaried Maine PE Civil Engineering Manager will manage a variety of municipal projects, oversee project budgets and schedules, and engage with clients and regulatory officials, with the flexibility of working remotely from Maine or New Hampshire.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and design a wide range of municipal projects while managing multiple project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare, review, and manage scope of services, budgets, and proposals for projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Market capital projects to current and future municipal clients to build the project pipeline and foster client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE Certification
- 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements
- Experience with design and plan production in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BlueBeam is preferred
