Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy PA Appeals Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter prior authorization and verify appropriate and accurate information
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prior authorizations from intake to order completion

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted National Certification (PTCB) or ability to obtain licensure within 180 days of employment
• Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PCs, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older
