Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly audit performance metrics
• Investigate exploitation of infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• AA/AS - Associates Degree or equivalent required
• One to two years managed care experience required
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; and other relevant tools
